Staging
Listing your house and preparing for your impending move can be a stressful experience. My team and I strive to make the staging process as smooth as possible by causing the least amount of disruption through the transition. One way we achieve this is by making every effort to utilize as much of the clients' own furniture pieces and accessories as possible. When additional pieces are required, we take advantage of our large stock of furniture and accessories as well as our numerous sources to fill in where needed. Our services can be as little as providing a consultation with a written summary of staging recommendations or as extensive as renovation of dated elements, primarily bathrooms and kitchens. In addition, when the client has knowledge of their next residence we can evaluate which furniture and accessories might be considered for the next residence. Our resources can also assist the homeowner in organization, packing, estate sales, storage and moving services.
